This Flash website was developed to showcase the Sacramento-based CH&D’s work and capabilities. The aim was to create a contemporary, professional look complementing the firm’s brand: Animated, square photos play off the CH&D logo; clean lines and angles contribute to its distinct look and feel; and a mini video shows one of the principals discussing CH&D’s customized approach.

A private client login section features an interactive agent leasing tool, a dynamic presentation of properties, available suites for lease, and downloadable PDFs for leasing agents’ use.
